Through the Woolworths Diversion Program, Country Connect Foundation has been able to provide fresh, nutritious food to families and programs across Nhulunbuy - reducing waste, improving access to healthy meals, and creating opportunities for skill building and community connection.

Our 2025 Woolworths Donor Impact Report showcases the difference this partnership has made, from thousands of kilograms of food diverted from landfill to inspiring individual stories like Aaron Yunupingu, who has gained confidence, nutrition knowledge, and cooking skills through one-on-one sessions made possible by these donations
